Clear Dome Shrink-Rite Bags | 25 Count Package Balloon Glue After the first initial chargeUse heat guns or even a hair dryer and a little tape or ribbon. For baskets: 1. Pull the dome over the top of the item and secure the loose ends on the bottom with tape. Then shrink the entire item. 2. Or, drop the item into the dome, gather and secure the loose ends at the top. Shrink only the portion below the gathered material, then finish by tying on a bow. You want a bag with a width about twice the diameter of the basket to be covered.
