In cantina diraspatura con pigiatura del 60% dell'uva, macerazione a freddo (5 6C) per 3 giorni, fermentazione per 10 15 giorni a 16 17C con macerazione post fermentativa di 3 4 giorni. Affinamento in cisterne inox per almeno 12 mesi.
