Bradley Smoker Maple Bisquettes x 120 Classic II 400mm DiameterMaple gives a sweet but subtle flavour, and is ideal with Poultry, Fish, Seafood, Pork, Vegetables and Cheese. Each Bradley Bisquette lasts 20 minutes, so you use 3 per hour of smoking time, so a Pack of 48 gives you 16 hours smoking time, and a Pack of 120 Bisquettes gives you 40 hours of smoke. Every 20 minutes the motor in the smoker will send a new bisquette down on to the burner automatically.
